1. Booking and Payment
By booking with Sunshine Watersports Aruba, you agree to the following terms and conditions. A deposit may be required to secure your reservation. Any remaining balance must be paid on-site before the activity begins.
Please ensure your remaining balance is ready for payment prior to departure.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure will receive a full refund or credit.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the tour price.
- In the event that Sunshine Watersports Aruba cancels an activity due to weather conditions or safety concerns, guests will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
- All cancellations must be communicated directly via phone or WhatsApp.
3. Refund Policy 💳
- Processing fees, transaction fees, and service charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Refunds (when applicable) will only apply to the base booking amount, excluding any fees.
- Approved refunds may take several business days to process depending on your payment provider.
4. Weather Policy 🌦
Safety is our top priority. In case of inclement weather, Sunshine Watersports Aruba reserves the right to reschedule your activity or offer a full refund.
We closely monitor weather conditions and will contact you in advance if any changes are necessary.
5. Departure Policy ⚠
Guests are required to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The boat departs promptly at the activity start time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
If you arrive after the scheduled departure time, you will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a refund.
6. Age Requirements
- Participants must meet the minimum age requirement of 6 years old unless otherwise specified for certain activities.
- Minors (under 18) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- Sunshine Watersports Aruba reserves the right to request valid identification for age verification.
7. Safety and Responsibility
- All guests must follow the instructions provided by staff at all times.
- Sunshine Watersports Aruba reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated or behaves in an unsafe manner.
- Participation in watersports activities involves inherent risks; guests participate at their own risk.
8. Liability
Sunshine Watersports Aruba is not responsible for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings
- Injuries resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
- Delays or cancellations caused by weather, mechanical issues, or unforeseen circumstances
