Age requirements vary by activity. Catamaran trips are suitable for all ages. Flyboarding and jet skiing require participants to be at least 16 years old. Parasailing is available for ages 6 and up, while tube riding is suitable for ages 8 and up. All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
You can make a reservation through our website, by phone, or in person at our beachfront location. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season, to ensure availability.
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 50% fee. No-shows or cancellations within 2 hours of the activity are non-refundable.
Safety is our top priority. In case of inclement weather, we may reschedule your activity or offer a full refund. We monitor weather conditions closely and will contact you if any changes are necessary.
For the Catamaran snorkel trip, bring swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, and a hat. We provide snorkeling equipment, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer. Don't forget a camera to capture the memories!
No previous experience is necessary for Flyboarding. Our trained instructors will guide you through the basics and ensure your safety. However, a good sense of balance and comfort in the water are helpful.
You don't need a special license, but you must be at least 16 years old to operate a Jet Ski. All riders will receive a safety briefing and instructions before the activity.
Our parasailing trips typically reach heights of 300-400 feet, offering breathtaking views of the coastline. The exact height can vary based on weather conditions and participant preference.
Our tube rides can accommodate 1-3 people at a time, depending on the size of the tube and the combined weight of the riders. It's a great activity for friends and families to enjoy together!
